How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your ScorVault account and associated data, you can:

1. Open the ScorVault app
2. Go to Settings -> Help & support -> Privacy Setting -> Delete Account
3. Select Delete Account

OR send an email to:

Email: scorvault@gmail.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include your registered phone number.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• User profile information
• Match history
• Tournament participation records
• Achievements and badges
• Referral data
• Uploaded profile images
• User statistics

Data Retention Policy

Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. After this period, all personal data is permanently deleted.
